Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates should be experienced in video editing and creation of short form video for platforms like IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Plan and execute product photography shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that highlight product features.
• Utilize knowledge of proper lighting techniques to enhance product images and videos.
• Style products creatively to achieve compelling compositions that appeal to our target audience.
• Edit short form videos using CapCut or other editing software, ensuring the final content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas for content strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve content quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media, within the beauty field - personal and/or work content.
• A passion for creating content – ability to shoot stills, jump on camera, and create short-form video to keep up with growth trends
• Experience with social media tools, platforms, and apps.
• Possess a history of developing and optimizing engaging content and building a social following.
• Comfortable on camera
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to follow directions and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
